HOW IT WORKS

At Color Clique, we strive to deliver your favorite hair dye products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here is all the information you need about our shipping policies.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $5.99 (free on orders over $50)
- Expedited shipping options available at check out

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Color Clique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact us at support@colorclique.us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

- We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain products may have restrictions or shipping regulations that prevent them from being shipped to specific international destinations.

DAMAGES

Color Clique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

COLOR CLIQUE RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@colorclique.us for further instructions.

We will refund the value of the returned items and any taxes charged, minus the actual shipping costs. If your order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping cost. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your returned product, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please note that refunds typically take up to 5-7 business days to appear in your account due to bank processing times.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
